PUSR USR-W610 1 LAN Port Serial to WiFi Converter

USR-W610 connects to CR10X via serial cable through SC105 CS I/O to 9-Pin RS-232 DCE Synchronous Interface. PakBus data from CR10X is received onto local serial server.
Arduino MKR 1010 Wifi with Ethernet ETH Shield

MKR 1010 with ETH Shield reads PakBus data from CR10X over USR-W610 serial server via ethernet and uploads applicable 1 minute data via HTTPGet request query after valid data input over WiFi. Local data are stored on SD card every 10 seconds, 1 minute, 1 hour, and 1 day.
Web Server
PHP script extracts data values from Arduino query and inserts them into MySQL 8 database.
1 minute data uploaded to the Met Instruments Project and Weather Underground.
5 minute data uploaded to the Citizen Weather Observer Program.
